By placing an order with ProWear Attire UK Limited, you agree to these terms and conditions:
Our supply and personalisation services go through rigorous quality practices, our quality controller makes sure that the garments have no faults through to making sure all personalisation is above industry standards and of course making sure your order has the correct items, colours and sizes for your peace of mind.
We continually take quality assurance extremely seriously and are committed to adjust our processes wherever deemed necessary to make sure your shopping experience is simple and stress free, we will replace any faulty or damaged items supplied by us within 30 days, no questions asked.
If an item is customised or specifically made to order, we are currently unable to accept returns however if you are returning a non-customised item, it must be returned in original packaging, no signs of use.
Please also note that delivery fees are to be covered by the buyer and you must provide us with a tracking number for the postage service used. Alternitively, we are able to arrange a tracked postage label on behalf of you at your cost.
In the unlikelly event an item is faulty, please contact us with images of the issue, our team will review the issues and provide you with a solution. Buyers are not eligible for a returns fee if the items are faulty.
Any late payment plans or alternative payment arrangements must be agreed upon in writing prior to confirming the order with a representative of ProWear Attire UK Limited. Failure to do so may result in delays, cancellation of the order, or legal recovery of goods.
Payment Terms:
Unless otherwise agreed, all orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch. For approved account holders or bulk orders over £5,000, staged payments may be arranged subject to written agreement.
Late Payment:
If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, ProWear Attire UK Limited reserves the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. A fixed fee may also be added to cover recovery costs.
Returns and Refunds:
As all items are custom printed or embroidered to order, returns and refunds are not accepted unless goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part. Any issues must be reported within 5 working days of receiving the goods.
Order Approval:
By confirming & paying for your order, you agree that all artwork, sizes, quantities, spellings, and colours are correct. ProWear Attire UK Limited cannot be held responsible for errors once approval is given.
Turnaround Time:
Typical turnaround is 7-10 working days from artwork approval and payment. This may vary during busy periods. Rush orders may incur an extra charge, typically 30% of the final order value, and must be agreed in advance.
Shipping:
Goods are shipped via Royal Mail or courier services and delivery times may vary. ProWear Attire UK Limited is not liable for any delays or damage caused by third-party delivery services. Alternativley, we can arrange for our in house drivers to deliver the goods which is chargeable, please enquire for the current rate.
Garment Sourcing:
All blank garments are sourced from reputable suppliers. Product images, colours, and fits may vary slightly depending on stock availability.
Liability:
ProWear Attire UK Limited is not liable for indirect losses, loss of business, profit, or reputation resulting from delay, error, or quality issues, unless proven to be due to negligence or willful misconduct.
Design Ownership & Intellectual Property: All artwork, logos, and designs supplied by the customer are assumed to be owned or licensed by the customer. The customer accepts full responsibility for any copyright, trademark, or design infringement. ProWear Attire UK Limited reserves the right to refuse any order containing potentially infringing or inappropriate material.
Proof Approval: It is the customer’s responsibility to check and approve final proofs. Once approval is given, production will begin. Any changes requested after this point may result in additional charges and delays. If we believe that you are satisfied with the logo positons and all other detials, we may not send a final proof.
Cancellations & Amendments: Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once production has started. If cancellation is requested prior to production, any design, setup, and admin costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.
Force Majeure: ProWear Attire UK Limited is not liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations under these terms if the delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, supply chain delays, natural disasters, or courier disruption.
Customisation Disclaimer: Colours may appear differently on screens compared to physical garments. Slight variations in print, embroidery positioning, thread tension, or garment shades are considered acceptable within industry standards and are not grounds for refunds or reprints.
Customer-Supplied Garments: We do not accept responsibility for damage to customer-supplied garments during printing or embroidery. All work is carried out at the customer’s own risk on such items.
Data Protection: Customer information will be handled in compliance with UK GDPR regulations. Data will only be used for processing orders and maintaining client relationships. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
Disputes: Any disputes must be raised in writing within 7 working days of receipt of goods. We will aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. Legal jurisdiction will fall under the laws of England and Wales.
Samples & Sizing: Size guides are provided by the manufacturer. We recommend ordering samples if unsure. ProWear Attire UK is not responsible for sizing issues once garments are personalised.
Uncollected Orders: For local orders not collected within 30 days of completion, ProWear Attire UK Limited reserves the right to charge the customer our standard daily storage rate of £5.50 per day per parcel/box containing your garments/items.
Artwork and Design Files: Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork in the specified formats. We are not liable for errors in the final product resulting from low-resolution or improperly formatted files.
Colour Matching: While we strive for accurate colour reproduction, slight variations may occur due to differences in materials, inks, and production processes. Such variations are considered acceptable within industry standards.
Production Tolerances: A tolerance of ±5% in quantity and minor deviations in print placement or sizing may occur during production. These are deemed acceptable and will not warrant reprints or refunds.
Amendments to Terms: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply to all orders placed thereafter.
